  1. We are EDUHELP DIGITALSERVICE. We do not provide personal counselling or individual support through this website.
  2. All required assistance is provided exclusively through our partners.
  3. Through this website, we deliver digital services according to the plan you have selected.
  4. Your payment is held in a low-cost Wise account and serves as a security deposit until all agreed services have been fulfilled.
  5. If your selected study admission cannot be achieved within 2 years, we will — on a voluntary and legally non-binding basis — refund your advance payment minus expenses and disbursements.
  6. Messages sent through the contact form do not create any claims. Messages are not read or answered regularly.
  7. No rights, deadlines or claims can be derived from unread or undelivered messages.
  8. Suggestions for improvement may only be submitted via the blog. Responses will be published publicly if they are relevant to the general public.
  9. For high-urgency complaints, we will soon provide a Whistleblower portal. A prior ID verification is required to prevent misuse. After verification, your submissions will still be transmitted to us anonymously.
  10. Disclosure of data to authorities occurs only when legally required and solely upon official request in the context of criminal investigations.
