- All required assistance is provided exclusively through our partners.
- Through this website, we deliver digital services according to the plan you have selected.
- Your payment is held in a low-cost Wise account and serves as a security deposit until all agreed services have been fulfilled.
- If your selected study admission cannot be achieved within 2 years, we will — on a voluntary and legally non-binding basis — refund your advance payment minus expenses and disbursements.
- Messages sent through the contact form do not create any claims. Messages are not read or answered regularly.
- No rights, deadlines or claims can be derived from unread or undelivered messages.
- Suggestions for improvement may only be submitted via the blog. Responses will be published publicly if they are relevant to the general public.
- For high-urgency complaints, we will soon provide a Whistleblower portal. A prior ID verification is required to prevent misuse. After verification, your submissions will still be transmitted to us anonymously.
- Disclosure of data to authorities occurs only when legally required and solely upon official request in the context of criminal investigations.
