- Membership administration
- Security and misuse prevention
- Fraud prevention
- Compliance with legal obligations
Legal Basis
Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (f) GDPR.
Storage Period
Registration data (email, password)
Stored for the duration of the user account.
Log data (IP address, technical logs)
Stored until the next mandatory ID verification.
If full account deletion is requested, a new ID verification is required first.
If no suspicion exists: deletion after a waiting period of 3 months, allowing possible reactivation.
Payment data
Stored for 10 years in accordance with statutory retention rules.
Identity verification data
Stored as long as an active business relationship exists and the data is required.
Deleted after the end of the business relationship if no suspicion exists.
Data in case of suspected unlawful activity
Stored exclusively for law-enforcement purposes.
Retention at least for the duration of the membership or the highest paid plan plus 3 years.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
